RETURN POLICY
If an item is expired when it is delivered, send a photo to our email (Snaxotics@gmail.com) and we will help you with a refund. We are not responsible for damage done by postal companies in transit (after we have shipped your box(es) to you), however you may submit photo evidence and an appeal to the email above and we will help to rectify any damages where we can. You cannot return an item to us if it arrives in good condition. If we send you the wrong item(s) please contact the email above, you can return the incorrect item(s) and we will send you the proper items at no extra cost to you. All appeals must be made within 24 hours of your box(es) being delivered. We will not refund or replace orders if you give us the wrong shipping information, it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping information is correct and that someone is available to receive your package. We are not liable in any form for any packages lost after delivery.
